Payment

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & regular Paypal payments are all accepted forms of payment.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only permitted within the first 12 hours of order due to items being produced and processed right away. Made to order items cannot be cancelled since fabric ordering and production starts immediately.

Shipping

All regular items ship within 6 business days and ship via USPS. Made to order items require extra time for production, up to 12-16 days to ship. Custom design and fabric orders vary and can take longer if fabric has to be special ordered, which will be discussed during order process.

Please note: Orders with multiple items that have both in stock items and made to order items will ship all together when the made to order items are ready. Purchase made to order items separately if you would like in stock items to ship right away.

Custom orders will be discussed at time of order.
- Average custom size orders of in stock fabric ship within 12-16 days
- Custom specialty fabric orders ship within 2 weeks of order or more, depending on the project.

International shipping

Willa Skye is not responsible for lost international packages, if you feel like you need FedEx guaranteed shipping, please contact us and we can add it to your order. Otherwise all international ship via International Priority or First Class Mail, which does not include tracking.

Larger international orders must obtain a shipping quote from Willa Skye.

Buyer assumes all responsibility for taxes and/or duty fees imposed by their individual country.

Returned items/incorrect address

Any items that are returned to us as non-deliverable, incorrect address or incorrect name at no fault of Willa Skye Home, will be sent an invoice for new shipping costs. No refunds will be given on these orders and new postage must be purchased. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and it is a USPS deliverable address.

Any items that are not returned to us because of incorrect address or incorrect name at no fault of Willa Skye Home will not be replaced. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and it is a USPS deliverable address.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. Exchanges are gladly accepted on regular orders. Made to order and Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To avoid the return exchange process, please order a swatch if you are unsure about color or texture.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you any refunds or an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange:
Contact hello@willaskyehome.com for a Return Authorization form. Please do not send your purchase back without an RA and without any information. Exchanges will be charged shipping costs, even if original order is over $75. Shipping costs can be applied to credit amount. There may be additional charges if exchange items cost more than original order. An Exchange invoice will be emailed if there are additional charges and exchange items will be sent when original items are received and invoice (if applicable) is paid.

Damaged or Broken items:

A replacement item will be sent at no charge, or a store credit will be given. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Willa Skye Home is not responsible for lost returns and exchange items.
