For square pillow covers; use an insert one size up for the fullest look (Example: 18"x18" cover = 20"x20" insert)
Or use an insert the same size as the cover for a softer, more relaxed look
For rectangle or lumbar shape pillow covers; use an insert the same or similar size as the cover
Please use extra care when inserting and removing inserts and support end zipper seams
